Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. There will be no refunds if the image does not press correctly because a sublimation substrate was not used or user error.
Please know that colors vary from computer to computer and will depend on your printer, ink used and substrates. There will be no refunds for slight color variations due to these variables. Please message me with any issues.

We do not recommend printing from a cutting software like Design Space or Silhouette. This is NOT a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape work perfectly fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software and we cannot offer guidance on printing from them.
